Our main goal at 'Certified Coaches Alliance' is to provide you with a customized and more relevant experience. If you are making a purchase or enrolling in a premium service for which there is a fee, a 3rd party working in partnership with us, such as PayPal or 2CO.com will collect your credit card information, billing address, and other verifying information on our behalf. All credit card information is transmitted in an encrypted form, using SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the industry-standard. Thus, CCA does not access to your credit card information. We do not collect identifying information about you (such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless you voluntarily submit that information to us when asking to receive one or more of our services.

Our Membership Agreement...

Certified Coaches Alliance or CCA, grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive limited use of our Web Site but only for your own personal, noncommercial use and not for any use on behalf of any third party. For absence of doubt, you may not use the Web Site to service, or otherwise perform work on behalf of, any brokerage, financial services or related client(s). Use of the Web Site is intended only for clients of our Certified Coaches and Spiritual Mentors world-wide.

You may download or print hard copies of the materials provided through membership, but again, only in connection with your own personal, noncommercial use and not on behalf of any third party. Any such downloads/hard copies must contain the following notice: " Copyright © Certified Coaches Alliance. All rights reserved."

Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, you may not modify, copy, distribute, disclose, retransmit, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate any of our posted information without prior written consent of the Certified Coaches Alliance.

Certified Coaches Alliance has the right, at any time without notice, to: (i) revoke or limit your license to use the Web Site and to restrict or prevent your access to it (or any portion of it); or (ii) change or discontinue providing the Web Site (or any portion thereof). Morningstar has no obligation to update the Web Site or to correct any errors or omissions that might be contained in it.

Trade Marks...

CERTIFIED COACHES ALLIANCE & DESIGN LOGO are trade marks of the C.C.A.. We DO NOT PERMIT use or allow any third party to use any of C.C.A. marks, including but not limited to the foregoing, without prior express written consent.  

CERTIFIED COACHES ALLIANCE may require you to become a registered user, pay certain fees, and/or comply with certain other terms and conditions before you are allowed to access or use certain portions of this Web Site. In all such cases, this Agreement shall continue to govern your use of the Web Site.

Limitation of Liability...

CERTIFIED COACHES ALLIANCE NOR ITS CONTENT PROVIDERS NOR ANY PERSON THROUGH WHOM CERTIFIED COACHES ALLIANCE MAKES THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE POSTED MATERIALS. THIS AGREEMENT, THE WEB SITE, OR THE USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE WEB SITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR OTHERWISE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DAMAGES ARISE DIRECTLY FROM A WILLFUL BREACH BY CERTIFIED COACHES ALLIANCE OF ANY OF ITS EXPRESS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

CERTIFIED COACHES ALLIANCE NOR ITS CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE FOREGOING, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF CERTIFIED COACHES ALLIANCE OR ITS CONTENT PROVIDER HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

USE AND APPLICATION OF THE CONTENT OF THE MEMBERSHIP AREA IS STRICTLY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MEMBER, AS NO WARRANTY OF GUARANTEE IS IMPLIED. MEMBERS USE ALL OF THE POSTED MATERIALS AT THEIR OWN RISK.

Indemnification...

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CERTIFIED COACHES ALLIANCE, its affiliates and its Content Providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees), and/or damages of any kind arising from or relating to: (i) your use of the Web Site; (ii) your breach of this Agreement; or (iii) any messages, information, or materials uploaded, posted, published, or transmitted by you in connection with the Web Site.

User Password...

Your password is for your personal use only, and you agree to keep it secret and not to share it with anyone (except as expressly allowed under this Membership Agreement).

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL USE, ACTIVITIES, AND CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH OR ARISING FROM ANY USE OF YOUR PASSWORD, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU AUTHORIZED SUCH USE. YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY CERTIFIED COACHES ALLIANCE VIA E-MAIL ADDRESS LISTED BELOW UNDER 'CONTACT US' PAGE OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR PASSWORD.
