Our Services

Certified Coaches Alliance actively maintains its independence by working solely with volunteers on two levels -

• The "Advisory of Coaches:" These individuals provide us with the vision, wisdom and encouragement;

• The Volunteer Team:" These individuals perform the necessary ongoing services of processing new coach credentials, keeping our records of working certified coaches and accredited coach training educators current and maintaining and updating electronic Certification Authentication Web pages (click here for an example) for our members exclusive use.

The C.C.A. employs no paid staff. The C.C.A. may in the execution of its duties, delegate certain authority to the "Advisory of Coaches," or any member thereof, however, no member of the "Advisory of Coaches" shall be paid for their time and work.

The purpose of our accreditation program is as follows:

• To establish and administer minimum standards for the certification of the professional coach and training bodies;

• To establish that associated training bodies meet or exceed minimum training standards;

• To advance the professional standards of coaching within the global context.

Certified Coaches Alliance believes strongly that accreditation bodies must maintain their independence and refrain from providing coach education training which ultimately undermines their true potential and perspective.

Furthermore, the C.C.A. believes that accreditation bodies have no place promoting any specific training program over another to further their own cause in the court of public opinion.

Simple tools such as thoughts and words, are like magnets attracting exactly what you command to your life. Learning how to channel your thoughts, words and energy effectively, to create your desired outcome is what working with your Coach is all about.

Knowing that you are a part of a large, powerful, global and caring community, may be the most important benefit to being a member of Certified Coaches Alliance.

There's a path between where you are today -- however clear or unclear -- and where you could be tomorrow -- the tomorrow in which you're crystal clear about your life purpose and living true to it each and every day. And the best news of all is that there is no one roadmap to guide you along your purposeful path. Our desire is to provide you with insights that will empower you and encourage you to further investigate change that will ultimately enhance your life.

Traveling along a path of inner growth and change takes courage. It's not a journey for the faint of heart. That's also why it makes sense to be a part of the C.C.A. community.
