In forming the Certified Coaches Alliance, and with Affiliated Coaches in more than 132 countries globally, we dedicate our efforts to building strong bonds between educational bodies who share our common goals and in supporting individuals who are currently mentored by the coaches who are affiliated with Certified Coaches Alliance.

The CCA's primary responsibility and trust is given to representing the International standing of our affiliated coaches and keeping accurate records regarding the current status of our affiliated schools of coaching and coaches who choose to affiliate with us.

CCA PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Certified Coaches Alliance (CCA) holds the primary responsibility and trust of representing the international standing of our affiliated coaches. We are committed to maintaining accurate records regarding the current status of all affiliated coach training schools and coaches who choose to join our network.

In addition, the CCA plays a vital role in the global development of coaching by offering a comprehensive program accreditation process. This ensures that coach-specific training programs adhere to our rigorous standards. The accreditation process not only provides training programs with valuable recognition but also gives participants a competitive advantage by assuring them that the content and structure of their training meet stringent guidelines.

ACCREDITATION OF PROGRAMMING

As an accreditation body, the Certified Coaches Alliance (CCA) is dedicated to developing standards and procedures that meet the evolving needs of a dynamic, diverse, and complex community. A key focus in expanding international coach training markets is ensuring the proper representation and promotion of educational coaching programs while continuously improving our support services.

Our current program accreditation process offers a thoughtful and respectful approach to approving innovative, on-demand, and niche-specific training. The CCA’s goal is to represent these programs internationally, upholding the principles of integrity and diversity.

PROFESSIONAL AND CHARACTER REFERENCING

Positive character references are fundamental to maintaining professional credibility. However, many coaches fail to ensure that the references they submit to prospective clients meet the expected standards for a strong and positive endorsement.

The Certified Coaches Alliance (CCA) offers character referencing services at no charge to all affiliated coaches in good standing with the Registrar. Our office promptly responds to any inquiries regarding a coach’s training or current professional standing with the Registrar, ensuring accurate and reliable information is provided.

COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES

While extremely rare, any client complaint is treated with the utmost seriousness and when brought forward, investigated immediately. Adverse event reporting involves the thorough tracking and follow-up of all complaint cases involving coaches in good standing. This process includes formal written notice to the affected coach, a comprehensive review of relevant records, and an interview with the client who filed the complaint.

Individuals who believe they have a legitimate grievance regarding the service provided by an affiliated coach are required to submit their complaint in writing within 30 days of the incident.

RESPECT FOR DIVERSITY

The Certified Coaches Alliance is firmly committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is not only recognized but celebrated. We believe that respect for diversity is essential to the success of our mission and the well-being of our community. Diversity in all its forms—whether it be race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, socio-economic background, or cultural identity—enriches our collective experience and strengthens our ability to innovate, collaborate, and grow.

We uphold the fundamental principle that every individual, regardless of their background, deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. We strive to create a space where all voices are heard, all contributions are valued, and every person has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Our commitment to diversity is reflected in our actions. We actively work to create an environment that is free from discrimination, prejudice, and bias. We seek to provide equitable opportunities for all and ensure that our practices, policies, and programs promote inclusion at every level of our organization.

We understand that diversity is an ongoing journey that requires continuous learning, growth, and adaptation. We are dedicated to fostering an open, supportive, and respectful culture that embraces the richness of human differences. By doing so, we aim to cultivate an environment where creativity flourishes, relationships thrive, and mutual understanding prevails.

We believe that our differences do not divide us, but rather bind us together in a shared commitment to a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
